The insights provide our management committee the ability to make informed, proactive decisions regarding preventative maintenance and capital investments to our complex clubhouse, some of which is over 90 years old. Because of the high quality and thoroughness of the work completed by FFT, we have confidence in our financial forecasting and clubhouse upkeep.
