Paul jointly leads FFT’s Procurement Team; his 25 years of experience in the industry is an asset to a wide range of social housing and public sector clients.
Paul is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Fellow of the APM and is experienced in the procurement and project management of PA2023-compliant contracts. A particular highlight was his involvement with A2Dominion, project managing the procurement of their £465 million Joint Ventures to deliver their repairs and voids Contracts and their £150 million 11 year planned and cyclical contracts all from inception to completion, ensuring the client achieved the best possible outcome.
