Matt is a Chartered Building Surveyor and has over 30 years of industry experience. He has been with FFT for 25 years and leads our Asset Management Survey Team.
His expertise is in assessing the condition of our client’s assets; Matt’s strategic input enables clients to make informed decisions about investment, redevelopment and disposal, optimising the performance of their property portfolios.
Although now heavily focused on the social housing sector, Matt has delivered condition surveys for a wide range of clients, including those in the local authority, emergency services, charity and leisure sectors.
Qualifications
- 2009: Diploma in Domestic Energy Assessment (DipDEA)
- 1998: Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- 1994: BSc in Building Surveying
