Greg Brown

Greg joined the Practice in 2006 as a Stock Condition Surveyor and has since developed extensive experience across housing associations and planned works delivery. He progressed into project delivery as a Contract Administrator, responsible for major planned projects across two large stock transfers, before moving into team leadership, training apprentice surveyors and establishing the surveying team he now manages.

Greg oversees surveyor involvement across planned programmes, ensuring works are monitored and delivered to specification, within budget and programme, and to the required standard. He is recognised for strong problem-solving ability and for maintaining effective relationships between residents, stakeholders, clients and contractors.

Greg has worked on high profile projects, including as Lead Surveyor on a £14 million planned works programme for Metropolitan Thames Valley Housing and a £15 million capital works programme for Royal Borough of Greenwich.

  • 1996: BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying
  • 1993: BTEC National Diploma in Construction
  • 1991: BTEC First Diploma in Construction
