He specialises in stock condition surveys, asset management and energy assessments, providing high-quality data that underpins clients’ investment planning, regulatory compliance and sustainability objectives.
In his role, Alen oversees the successful delivery of large-scale survey programmes, managing annual project portfolios and leading multi-disciplinary teams. He plays a key role in supporting high-volume survey delivery for major clients, including Notting Hill Genesis, Co-operative Housing Ireland and L&Q.
