Our highly experienced, qualified professional consultancy team supports a wide range of client organisations, ranging from established registered providers of social housing, to recently formed and growing ‘For Profit RPs’ as well as investors and other joint venture partners.

With over 15 years of experience focusing on the performance assessment and transactions of tenanted and shared equity portfolios, we have acted for more than 50 clients across the sector, involving over 150 transactions, supporting the transfer of over 35,000 tenanted social housing properties with a combined value exceeding £3 billion.

Our role has included evaluating portfolios, advising on marketing strategies and project managing the successful delivery of acquisitions, disposals and swaps.

We also provide strategic asset management, investment and stock rationalisation advice including developing the basis for selecting stock for rationalisation; disposals options advice; business case development; and identification of potential swap partners from our extensive network of market participants.

In addition, we administer  strategic growth opportunities reviews and help our clients develop bespoke stock acquisition toolkits and asset appraisal models.
