Gemma brings over 23 years of experience with FFT, playing a key role within the Asset Management Survey team. She supports stock condition survey, validation survey, asset management services and gap analysis delivery for clients across the social housing and public sectors.
Gemma consistently drives strong project performance, leading survey teams and maintaining key client relationships, including Southern Housing, The Guinness Partnership and Eldon Housing. She is highly regarded for her commitment, reliability and ability to deliver high-quality outcomes across complex programmes.
