Andrea, a Senior Associate within our Strategic Asset Management team, brings over 20 years of experience across asset management, investment planning, and the strategic oversight of large and complex housing portfolios.
She works closely with Senior Partner, Colin Farrell, focusing on portfolio performance assessment, options appraisals, and the development of strategies to deliver energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and building safety improvements. She partners with housing associations, local authorities, developers, and investors to deliver long-term value for clients.
