Ian leads our Brighton office and a team of employer’s agents and project managers. He is particularly skilled at carrying out thorough feasibility studies and employer’s agent duties, and has undertaken this work for our Registered Social Landlord and Local Authority clients.
A particular career highlight was Ian’s involvement with Southern Housing Group, managing a project worth £10 million. Ian successfully delivered the internal refurbishment of over 100 units, installation of new gas central heating to two tower blocks, a new community centre and extensive landscaping works.
