Shane has 20 years of industry experience and is head of FFT’s Principal Design and Compliance Safety team. His team delivers specialist fire safety services, including fire risk assessments, compartmentation surveys, cladding and door surveys, CAD support, and acting as both CDM Principal Designer and CDM Advisor.
Projects in the education, healthcare, residential, leisure and public sectors make up the bulk of Shane’s extensive experience, where he has provided principal designer and prior to 2015, CDM co-ordinator services on schemes up to £100 million.
In 2019, Shane became chairman of the London branch of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management.
