Developing future talent
Supporting the next generation is an important part of what we do at FFT. By offering work experience for school students, T-Level placements and opportunities through our university partnerships, we’re helping young people discover rewarding careers while bringing fresh perspectives to the sector.
We spoke to Ita and Austin, two of our work experience students, who reflected on their time at FFT and shared what they have learned from the experience.

“I’ve really enjoyed my time here at FFT. Every day has brought something new, giving me the opportunity to work on a variety of different tasks and gain experience across different areas of the Practice. The hands-on experience I’ve received has made what I’m learning at college much easier to understand and apply in practice. Everyone has been so supportive, and the positive atmosphere has given me the confidence to learn, develop and thrive.”
